※ 当院はお子様連れでのご来院をご遠慮いただいております。止むを得ずご一緒にご来院される場合は、付き添いの方の同伴をお願いいたします。院内にキッズルームはございません。また、スタッフがお子様をお預かりすることはできませんのでご了承ください。* We ask that children not accompany you. If that is unavoidable, please bring another adult. There is no kids’ room, and staff cannot look after children.

※ ご予約のキャンセルは前診療日までにお電話でお願いいたします。当日のキャンセルは50%のキャンセル料が発生いたします。あらかじめご了承ください。* Please cancel by phone by the previous clinic day. Same-day cancellations are charged 50%.
